“Get Out” Receives Two Golden Globes Nominations

“Get Out” Receives Two Golden Globes Nominations

Earlier today, the nominations for the Golden Globes were announced and “Get Out” received two, in the category Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy and Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy.

In my opinion, I believe the film was snubbed in categories such as Best Original Screenplay and Best Director. Of course, I also feel some performances in the film were snubbed. I still cannot get used to seeing the film under the category “musical or comedy” but overall, I’m very excited for the cast and crew of the film because they created an amazing movie.

Special congratulations to Daniel Kaluuya for his first Golden Globes nomination.
